Master Kitchen Painter Rugby
M J Guest Ltd. for a master kitchen painting service in and around Rugby.
Located within the very heart of the West Midlands. I have been kitchen painting throughout the West Midlands region for more than 20 years; during this time, I have impeccably hand painted over 500 kitchens. With experience of Hand painting kitchen cabinets in and around Rugby.
I specialise in transforming existing kitchens (and new installations), breathing new life into tired kitchens usually within a two-week timescale. Because of my tried and tested processes, you will see minimal disruption to your household. There is no need to empty all your cupboards, change flooring, or get builders or plasterers involved, the whole process is as simple and straightforward as can be.
Most importantly, before starting any project, I listen. I listen to how you feel about your kitchen, how you use it, and how you’d like it transformed. I’ll help with advice on colours, finishes or even hardware – what I feel would work best for you, within your style, taste, and budget.
Many clients mention, in their review of my work, how useful it was to have my help and advice with choosing the best colour for their kitchen… I love colour and am happy to take time to look at colour cards and swatches to find a colour, or colours, that you love. Afterall, this is your kitchen, you spend a lot of time in it, so it must be right!

I also appreciate that you want the job done correctly, and you want the paintwork to last. I use tried and tested traditional painting techniques, together with the finest of modern materials and products to ensure the very best of finishes for years to come. No sprayers are used for my paint finishes, all surfaces are brush finished to the finest standard; my brushstrokes follow the direction of the grain and are as minimal, and flawless, as can be.
I’m often asked if I will be able to paint a specific type of kitchen (solid wood, MDF, varnished, waxed, painted or laminate), the answer is yes. I am yet to find a kitchen that I can’t paint, it’s all down to the preparation and the primers that I use.
In fact, I’ve painted for some of the country’s most prestigious, bespoke, kitchen manufacturers, where their kitchens cost tens of thousands of pounds – the finish that I painted for them will be the same for you and your kitchen; transforming a once old and tired kitchen into a bespoke beauty that will cost a fraction of the cost of replacing for new.

Martin is truly a craftsman dedicated to using cutting edge tools and products to achieve a beautiful finish that will stand the test of time. As a keen DIY’er, with experience of painting furniture (and the heartbreak of watching it chip), I knew enough to know that painting a kitchen is a job for an expert, with access to professional paint. I’m so glad I found Martin. I admit that I was impressed by his list of high profile, international clients, and feared I wouldn’t be able to afford him. So I was blown away when his quote was more than reasonable and I felt offered great value for money. Having my kitchen painted has cost me 80% less than the cost of replacing it, and I couldn’t be more delighted by the transformation. What was a dark, claustrophobic cave, is now a light and airy haven. If you are considering having your kitchen painted, talk to Martin.
