Hand Painted Kitchen Sollers Hope, Herefordshire
I always find it completely flattering when a new client invites me to paint their kitchen. It’s wonderful that they have found me on the internet or have been recommended by a family member or friend. But there is something extremely special when a client employs you time and time again. That is exactly what has happened here.
I first hand painted this Chalon kitchen in Sollers Hope, Herefordshire in 2017 and have now been fortunate enough to have painted it three times in total. Each time giving it a refreshing new look to go along with new décor in the house.
For this incarnation, I painted the main units in the same colour as the walls to give an impression of even more space – allowing the units to “fall away” into the walls and not dominate, leaving the central island to deliver the drama. Incidentally, I also stripped back and refinished the oak worktop too!
My client loved the new look, so much so that I’m told that there is going to be an imminent kitchen extension housing more units that will need to be hand painted – bring it on!
My thanks, as ever, go to my client for the repeat business and for the many projects that I have completed for their friends around Herefordshire, following their recommendations.
