Hand Painted Kitchen Herefordshire

This really was a wonderful project in a stunning location, deep into Herefordshire; we were treated to daily visits of wild deer running through our client’s grounds and birds of prey a plenty!

The project itself was a beautiful Chalon Kitchen, originally painted in a solid colour rather than their customary ‘distressed finish’… our clients inherited the kitchen when they purchased the property a number of years ago and it had served them very well, but now it was time to be updated and to have a change of colour.

Once we had completed the necessary protecting, degreasing and preparation, the kitchen was treated to three separate colours for the three main areas of the Kitchen; the island and corner unit, the over mantle, and the main units.

Once the correct primers had been selected to ensure maximum adhesion (we pride ourselves in not only producing a sumptuous finish, but also in producing a project that will last for many years), the top coats of our preferred paint system were applied by hand – producing a wonderfully bespoke look to this handmade kitchen.

Our clients were so pleased with their ‘new kitchen’ and were extremely complementary upon their return from their French residence… we are often entrusted with keys and codes to client’s properties, which is a testament to our trustworthiness.

It was a delight to work upon such a beautiful kitchen for wonderful clients.
