Hand Painted Kitchen Brocton - Staffordshire
Brocton is a village and civil parish in the English county of Staffordshire. It is within the borough of Stafford. The village describes itself as the Gateway to Cannock Chase, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a Site of Special Scientific Interest. (Thank you Wikipedia!)What Wiki doesn’t say is that it is now the home of a recently (and beautiful) Hand Painted Kitchen by M J Guest Ltd.!
We can paint most, if not all, kitchen types and substrates – This particular project has laminated chipboard carcasses and veneered wood doors and drawer fronts… a prime candidate to receive the Hand Painted treatment.
The difference that four coats of paint can make to an environment is incredible; previously, this kitchen area felt quite dated and a little claustrophobic. We took the kitchen apart; removing doors and drawers, degreasing and sanding to receive two coats of our specialist shellac-based high adhesion primer followed by two coats of furniture specific topcoats – both paints mixed accurately to our client’s colour choice.
Once dried, the kitchen is assembled – the new look is incredible; our clients could not believe it. They now have a sleek, modern looking kitchen for a fraction of the price of installing a brand new kitchen.
